School Successes

Our school has been judged as Outstanding in all Areas by OFSTED and The National Society (which inspects church schools) . You can read the reports in full on the school web site.

St Leonard's has been awarded the silver medal in the Lancashire County Council's  Chairman's Challenge.

We were named as East Lancashire School of the Year in the Education Awards 2012, a celebration of school achievement organized by East Lancashire Newspapers Ltd, publishers of the Clitheroe Advertiser.

St Leonard’s is a Church of England School.  We promote the values and beliefs of the Christian faith whilst respecting the beliefs and cultures of others. Each term both the the School and the Church concentrate their teaching on a specific Gospel value.
